This post is inspired by the “Get Ready with me” beauty tutorials I used to watch when I was learning how to apply make-up (ahh, the memories of my youth). Instead of sharing with you my beauty routine though, I’m talking about the wellness routine I use before going to a party. Hint: it involves meditation and green smoothies!

My wellness routine before going out:
- Meditation before the party
- Eat something healthy (avoid arriving hangry!)
- Stretch and yoga before going to bed
- Eat a high-protein snack before going to bed
